SHIPPING & RETURNS
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Upstage Footwear. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want each customer be fully satisfied with every pair of shoes purchased from Upstage Footwear. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your shoes, we will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:
Items must be shipped back unworn
The original invoice or receipt must be added
Note: Upstage Footwear is only responsible for postage on returned items if it was a manufacturing problem, in all other cases, customers are responsible for the shipment fees back to the manufacturer.
